MY JOURNEY
My professional journey has never followed a straight line. It has been shaped by engineering, entrepreneurship, aviation and ultimately a deeper purpose- helping people grow.
Growing up in Tehran- Iran, studying engineering in Pune, building businesses and spending over two decades in aviation training exposed me to different cultures, industries and ways of thinking. Each experience reinforced one belief that meaningful learning has the power to transform not just careers but confidence, relationships and lives.
Today, while I continue my work in aviation training, I also have the privilege of working with organizations, professionals and individuals through corporate training, keynote speaking, storytelling and communication coaching.
Because every new chapter in my own life has reminded me of one simple truth:
ENGINEERING TO AVIATION
I graduated as a Mechanical Engineer where I learned to think logically, solve problems systematically and appreciate the value of precision. Those lessons continue to influence the way I design learning experiences today.
My career then took me into aviation where I spent nearly two decades preparing aspiring commercial pilots for their careers. Over the years, I had the privilege of training more than 1,700 commercial pilots across India. Helping them build the knowledge, discipline and the confidence required for one of the world's most demanding professions.
THE TURNING POINT
While working with aspiring pilots, I noticed something that extended beyond technical training. Those who communicated with confidence performed better in interviews, built stronger professional relationships and inspired greater trust.
The same pattern appeared everywhere I looked. Entrepreneurs, professionals, business owners and leaders often possessed the knowledge they needed but many struggled to express it with clarity and confidence. That realisation inspired me to expand my work beyond aviation and focus on helping people communicate with greater impact.
I believe real growth begins when we challenge our thinking, communicate with clarity and take consistent action. My work is about creating that shift within individuals, teams and the organizations they lead.
